A cruiser and his boat were thoroughly scrutinized by the local police at El Jabha Island of Morocco while he sailed across Spanish Ceuta, Chechaouene and Al Hoceima. The omnipresent military and police forces run the day-to-day business of Morocco, as the general population is poverty ridden.
