A cyclist narrates his trip on a six-day, 160-mile mountain bike tour through southwestern Utah. The tour, which was organized by Western Spirit Cycling owner Lu Warner, goes through Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks and includes an altitude drop of 5,200 miles within 50 miles on the last day.
