The ultimate weekend

Golf Magazine is hosting its first Top 100 Teacher Weekend in Augusta, which will gather 30 of the Top 100 Teachers in America for the ultimate golf learning experience. The weekend will feature 10 sessions, most of which will last an hour and a half each. The groups will be small and topics promise to cover a variety of areas.

Englishman Shaun Lynch hit what was undoubtedly the amateur golf shot of 1995 when he registered a hole-in-one on a 496-yard, par-five hole at the Teign Valley Golf Club, Newton Abbott, England. Lynch, whose handicap is 20, used a rusty, second-hand 3-iron for the shot.
