Article Abstract:
U.S. West coast cruisers share their experience after a wayward hurricane hit most of the harbors where cruisers congregate, on September 22nd and 23rd, 2003 at the Sea of Cortez. Conclusion drawn from the incident is that the sailors should have their very best ground tackle and back-ups when a storm hits.
