Guillermo Vilas believes that his greatest accomplishment as a tennis player was winning the 1977 US Open. That year he also won the French Open and had sustained an impressive 50-match winning streak. He claims that the only things that he regrets about the game of tennis is that it lacks warmth and does not preserve its history well.

Borg and Vilas revisited
Article Abstract:
Bjorn Borg and Guillermo Vilas came out of their retirement to participate in the Arthur Ashe Safe Passage Foundation exhibition. Vilas is known as a humble player who is willing to gradually work his way to becoming a top player again. Fans say Borg is result-oriented and likes to be at the top.
