The eight-day Liberty Trail Cycle Tour follows a World War II battle march of American soldiers through France and other European countries. Cyclists travel 100 miles-per-day in a group of 500. Rustic conditions and simple food are supplied for $300, and the cyclists are treated like heros by the natives.

Label us cautious: new food labeling might mislead cyclists
Article Abstract:
An explanation of the new guidelines for food labels approved by the FDA is provided. Fat content may be especially confusing, since the label is required to state what percent of a daily requirement of fat is contained in one serving of the food.
