Article Abstract:

The women of the Arctic Foxes ice hockey team have women from Chilton Park, New York, a small town outside Albany who play figure skates, have transformed their life through fitness, who are stay-at-home moms in the age groups of 20 to 57. The Arctic Foxes, besides playing, also support for a colon cancer, raise funds by hosting fund raising tournaments, and every member renegotiates work responsibilities and home.

Exercises like rotating ball bridge, chest and shoulder stretch, and seated posture check are mentioned that are simple to perform, and improve the posture and helps to look slimmer. These exercises, when done on a regular basis, build postural muscles in the back, hips and abdomen, and thus help in built up confidence.
