The university of Buffalo researchers suggest that skimping of fat and calories could increase women's risk of getting hurt while she works out. Eating out more fat and calories lessens the chances of sustaining the fatigue related injury and fats such as nuts, peanuts, butter, salmon and olive oil gives a right balance of fuels.

Exercise and a good workout can help in reducing exhaustion. Researchers at the University of Oslo in Norway have shown that people who exercised at least 20 minutes once a week were, on average, 30 percent less likely to feel fatigued.
