Youth champions revel in strong winds

Participants in the U.S. Sailing Youth Championships held on Jun. 23-29, 1995, in San Francisco Bay recorded fine performances, thanks to strong westerly winds of 16-35 knots. The competition was won by Jonathan Baker of Carlsbad, CA.
