APTA task force undaunted by procurement challenges
Article Abstract:
To solve problems associated with the procurement processes, transit properties and supplier community have been advised to work together. The role played by American Public Transportation Association's (APTA) task force on procurement in bringing reform in the procurement process, especially by revising the curriculum of National Transit Institute (NTI), has been appreciated. The supplier community, along with the transit professionals has been suggested to utilize the facilities of National Transit Institute (NTI).
