An analysis on MNA group's division, Renk AG's high-capacity marine propulsion gear with COGAG arrangement (two gas turbine combined as input to one gear unit) and the CODAG (combined diesel and gas) gear unit and system is presented. While the first gear system is commissioned for Pratt & Whitney Power Systems, Connecticut; the second one is commissioned for Northrop Grumman Ship Systems.
