MGM Mirage, the US hotel and gaming resort operator acquired London-based casino and dog-track operator, Wembley for a cash deal worth 270 million pounds sterling. The Wembley directors have agreed for this deal but the deal was conditional upon Lincoln Park Reorganisation.

Government fulfils licensing laws pledge
