A badass idea
Article Abstract:
Edmonton-based Badass Jack's Subs & Wraps has grown from a single store since its founding in Nov 1997 to 17 units in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and BC. Andrea Leader, general manager of corporate stores and media relations, admits that patrons are quite shocked upon learning the chain's name. The company serves a menu built around subs and wraps, placing an emphasis on freshness. Its sourdough and multi-grain buns are made fresh every morning and afternoon while the meat is slow-roasted and carved only when ordered.
