Balfour Phillips
Article Abstract:
Fitness First, fitness club chain, is a joint venture between Sean Phillips, an American, and Mike Balfour, an accountant. They formerly worked for LivingWell, but resigned to set up their own company. According to Balfour, the market is growing and increased competition leads to greater interest in current establishments. Balfour claims that Fitness First clubs offer high quality facilities at reasonable prices, as an alternative to more expensive clubs which offer a wider range of services.
