Article Abstract:
Ottawa, Ontario-based Juniper Kitchen and Wine Bar's co-owner and chef Richard Nigro noted that his initial predilection for good food stemmed from his mother's cooking and his own love for eating. Nigro is a self- trained chef and eventually worked his up from sous chef to restaurant co- owner and master chef. Nigro has been given the freedom to develop his own culinary style at domus, a privilege that he has, in turn, extended to his 18-member staff.

Redesigning of three restaurants in Canada to give them a beautiful appearance is discussed. The restaurants include Peroni's Gourmet Pizzeria, Bravi Ristorante and Old York Bar and Grill.
