Figures of fun
Article Abstract:
Animatronics industry experts suggest the animatronic figures are used to their best effect as part of a number of effects within a good concept or story. Many animatronic figures are used as part of a themed display or as an entertainment to waiting consumers. They can be used to encourage customers in other outlets beside amusement parks. The best figures interact with the customers. Garner Holt created a 50ft animatronic flower fountain, at a cost of about $2.5 million, for an Asian amusement park. They have also made a Trojan Horse for Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.
