The chef who is in charge of the kitchen in Bistro a' Champlin, a French restaurant in Laurentian mountain of Quebec, Denis Beauchamp was taken up to cooking from the age of 15 by hanging around in the kitchen with his mother. He loves animals and harness races horses in his free time.
