In relation to the government's proposal for amendment of United Kingdom's gambling legislation, a Gambling Bill is likely to be proposed in autumn before the parliament. A Joint Committee has made certain recommendations for the draft bill on defining casinos by their size, overall entertainment and leisure content as by the gaming, proposed areas for the development of these casinos, restricting unlimited payout slots and to recognize the value of a stable, publicly acceptable industry that can demonstrate sustainability and create long-term partnerships.
