Smart operator: in with smart kitchen, out with large inefficient operations
Article Abstract:
A report on how technological advances have significantly improved commercial kitchen operations, reducing inefficiency and human error, cutting labor costs and food wastage, increasing profits, and enhancing the dining experience for customers, is presented. The latest equipment and techniques, including exhaust hoods, dishwashers, combi ovens, boilerless steamers, induction cooking, control and monitoring systems for refrigeration, and plastic and polymer shelving storage systems, are overviewed.
