The minimax technique
Article Abstract:
Managers who encounter resistance to change among their staff should approach the problem by maximising the forces which favour change and minimising those which oppose change. This techique, known as 'minimax,' will only be successful with the full cooperation of those most directly affected. People should be made to feel as involved as possible, and all lingering doubts must be eliminated before changes are fully introduced.
