The obesity has grown 400% in the last 25 years in the United Kingdom, and at current trend, soon will surpass smoking as a greatest cause of premature death; the above are the findings by House of Commons Select Committee on Health. The committee emphasizes the importance of the physical exercise; the lack of exercise leading to obesity is costing the economy about [pounds sterling]3.7 billion per year.
