The Norwegian Krag Jorgensen rifle that did a splendid job in the hands of the mountain troops leading to high German casualties during World War II is discussed. Bud Oimoen speaks of how he brought the Krag gun of his father when he became captain in the Norwegian army and Micro Sight a company he founded in Belmont, California for restoration work.

Article Abstract:
The history of the American double shotgun is full of spectacular successes, serial bankruptcies and last-minute rescues. Most of these guns died in their original form either because of the Great Depression or as an indirect result of World War II.
