Only a few fish shacks remain in Chicago, IL. These establishments sell trout, chub, smelt, salmon, and other seafood, but the greatest demand is for shrimp. Ben's French Fried Shrimp and Smoked Fish and Joe's Fisheries are two of the last remaining fish shacks near the Chicago River.
