Article Abstract:
Susan Davis, known to her friends as Mother Christmas for her outpouring of holiday-themed cards, wrapping paper, prints and window scenes she created for New Yorker and many other publications loved to paint. She shifted her brush to her left hand, when her right side of the body became paralyzed and went back to re-create painting from early in her career.
