Continental's stealth attack on frequent-flier miles

Article Abstract:

Continental Airlines has the right to close an account of a frequent flyer who has not accumulated any points for 18 months. The provision is not one that is widely known, and the airline is not publicizing the change. Members can request their accounts be kept open.
