Kinnnaird is an 18th-century country house which is in Dalguise, Scotland, about a 90 minute drive from Edinburgh. The secluded house has eight guest rooms and one suite which all offer big beds. The history of the house is discussed.

The new fashion for boutique hotels has changed the emphasis on interior decor in hotels. There is great use of modern works of art to adorn the lobbys and guest rooms. Even major chain hotels are increasing their use of modern art.
