Article Abstract:

Two units of North Anna nuclear -power plant in Louisa County, Washington, generate 1,842 megawatts, providing 17 percent of Virginia's electricity and although this power plant is about ten miles away from the residents living on Lake Anna, it does not pose any nuclear hazard. Although the nuclear industry suffered setbacks, the Nuclear Energy Institute, heralding nuclear power as emission-free energy, envisions some 50 new plants over the next 20 years.

Many middle aged couples, living in the suburbs, whose kids have left home are toying with the idea of staying in condos in the city to enjoy all that the city has to offer. Washington is in the midst of a construction boom with a whole lot of penthouses coming up in areas like Penn Quarter to Georgetown and people really seem to enjoy living in penthouses because it gives the feeling of a lot of space while at the same time being compact.
