Cabbage is now eaten all over the world and was introduced in Alaska by Russian travelers and immigrants. Recipes including cabbage are given: Orsi's slaw, New England boiled dinner, cabbage rolls, Eileen's borscht and the Hungarian dish kaposztakscozka.
