Devoted to the dividend
Article Abstract:
Alaskans are known to be stingy when it comes to paying any form of taxes, be it a state tax or a federal tax and there are many Alaskans who are aware that they are entitled to a Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) if the state shows a budget deficit. The PFD is a huge success largely because of the state's oil royalties and it helps ordinary individuals benefit from the region's large mineral reserves.
