Does melatonin work?
Article Abstract:
The effectiveness of melatonin, a hormone injected into the bloodstream by the pineal gland to signal the body to sleep, is evaluated. Although the hormone can improve sleep and reduce jet lag of some people, it is not as effective for others who are used to other drugs such as sleeping pills.

Fruit juices are more useful than what they replace in a diet, such as caffeine. The nutritional juices are the freshly-squeezed kind. Others are 85-90% water and have almost the same amount of sugar as softdrinks.
