Flower power: Peter Schaudt, Chicago's premier landscape architect is giving the city a green makeover - one lawn at a time
Article Abstract:
Peter Schaudt, who is one of the leading landscape architects in Chicago, is involved in developing the seventeen-acre park that surrounds the newly transformed Soldier Field. Other than developing a series of hills and ridges that surround the stadium with a green lawn, he has also planted 1,400 trees, 12,000 shrubs and 144,000 vines, grasses, annuals and bulbs.
