Senate anti-gunners committed themselves to resurrecting the Lautenberg gun show ban in the US while the Clinton-Gore administration's gun-law campaign criticizes law-abiding gun owners. On the other hand, Attorney General Janet Reno argued that no one should be issued a gun unless the ability to use them lawfully is proven.

Second amendment message in Los Angeles
Article Abstract:
The Los Angeles riots of 1992 demonstrated the fact that citizens should be allowed to exercise their constitutional right to bear arms in order to defend their lives and property. The state cannot always fulfill its duty to protect its citizens.

A victory for sportsmen on Capitol Hill
Article Abstract:
In November 2000 a law was passed to prevent misuse of the sportsmen's tax. The law ensures the tax money will go to the states to pay for conservation and hunter education programs.
