Gun politics in Minnesota costing lives
Article Abstract:
A new Minnesota law that requires firearms stores to lock up their wares at closing time seems to have encouraged the robbing of these stores during business hours, resulting in fatal shootings. An analysis of the law and a case study of a gun store robbery are presented.

"Rationing" rights
Article Abstract:
Virginia Gov Doug Wilder's proposed legislation making it illegal to buy more than one handgun in a 30 day period is regarded by many as a threat to 2nd amendment rights. An analysis of gun rationing legislation in the US is presented and discussed.
