How to sleep better and feel better

The right foods in the right amounts at the right times can help people get a good night's sleep. These include lobster, bananas, cashews and milk. Exercise and regular sleeping and waking times also help. On the other hand, worries, long naps, and caffeine, nicotine and alcohol can ruin sleep.

The negative attitude toward the US economy is baseless. Non-cash benefits such as pension plan and health care show enormous increase in wealth, a trend that will continue until the 21st century. However, a significant portion of the population is excluded and this problem must be addressed.
