Antidepressants such as Prozac, Paxil, and Zoloft have been hailed as the wonder drugs of the decade. However, a close look at the research done on these and other such drugs indicates that their positive effects may not be much more significant than those of placebos. A critical analysis of antidepressants and the industry that sells them is presented.
