Key Brady provision ruled unconstitutional
Article Abstract:
The US Supreme Court has ruled that the mandate of the Brady Act which requires local law enforcement agencies to conduct background checks on handgun purchasers is in direct violation of the Tenth Amendments. As an aside, Justice Clarence Thomas also considered the implications of the Brady Act on the Second Amendment.

Hired guns take aim at your guns
Article Abstract:
Lawyers and their supporters have staged a vicious attack on the firearms industry. The campaign is similar to that staged against the tobacco industry although the anti-gun movement aims to weaken the firearms industry by filing multitudes of lawsuits in different places.
