Travelers are never more than a mile from the sea on the outer extension of Cape Cod, MA, a 70 mile peninsula that stretches out into the Atlantic. The fishing industry has atrophied, and now the economy caters to tourists who come to the cape for the sea and the vibrant nightlife.
