7x57 mm Mauser in modern rifles
Article Abstract:
The 7x57 mm Mauser performs best when used in modern rifles chambered for it. Some of these rifles are the Mauser Model 1893 and 1895, Winchester Model 70 and Remington Model 700. The cartridge is best loaded with slow powders such as the IMR 4350 and 4831, despite its modest case size.
