One of the tourists spots that best reflects Florida state's natural beauty is the Crystal Lodge Dive Center, where a number of manatees thrive. These endangered species, commonly known as sea cows, have been saved from the threat of extinction as a result of government efforts.

Monumental mission
Article Abstract:
Ave Maria Grotto is located near Cullman, Al. The park contains 125 miniature buildings depicting monuments such as the Statue of Liberty and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The works were completed by Joseph Zoettle a Benedictine monk.

Florewood River Plantation State Park is a re-creation of a 100-acre plantation of the 1850s. The site includes 26 homes and buildings, including a small hospital and slave quarters.
