A traveler relates how the uninhabited and least-visited Big Bend National Park in the far southwestern part of Texas can provide peace and magnificent scenery. Hiking through the mountain forests to the South Rim of the Chisos and then relaxing in Hot Springs near Rio Grande prove very refreshing.
