Most-wanted award seats - and how to get them
Article Abstract:
Members of airline frequent flyer programs enjoyed more free seat availability to use their certificates in 1998 than in 1997. The additional seats on the most popular flights and routes resulted from concerns about potential legislation protecting passenger rights and lower paying-passenger traffic. The ways in which consumers can improve their chances of getting free seats are described.
