Mountain highs
Article Abstract:
Suggestions are given for places to be up high to see the colorful fall leaves of mountains in the Washington area. Some of the places presented include Harpers Ferry National Historic Park, Shenandoah National park, the Cass Scenic Railroad in West Virginia and Monongahela National Forest. Information on balloon rides offered in the area is also given.

The Eastern Shore is home to a good number of inns and hotels whose offerings range from the really comfy to the downright luxurious. In Oxford, the Robert Morris Inn and the Combsberry offer comfort at affordable prices, while the St Michaels Harbour Inn and Marina in St Michaels has rooms that have an excellent view of the water.
