Mysterious skies
Article Abstract:
Northern lights and noctilucent clouds are some of the natural phenomenon seen in the skies of Alaska. The appearance of such events is partly attributed to Alaska's closeness to the North Pole, climactic conditions and geographical position with regards to the sun.

Demon dog
Article Abstract:
A neighbor's dog turns out to be difficult to care for. The blue heeler mix disliked being in a kennel and chewed its way out of lumber, wire and laster. It also scaled a 5-foot chainlink fence and wandered around until its owners came back from their vacation.

Terror at Buffalo Creek

A parent recalls how the Alaskan wilderness has transformed her kids' taste for adventure. Her kids often go on trails and on one of the trips where she tags along, she begins to recount if adventurous or foolhardy may be the best tern to describe her kids.
