Chef Jeff Tunks along with his partners Gus DiMillo and David Wizenberg are all set to open their fourth restaurant Acadiana, a Louisiana-style seafood house. They make regular trips to New Orleans with their staff in order to benchmark new versions of dishes as well as search for sources of authentic products.

Charlottesville has become the center of a thriving wine industry, and in the spirit of Jefferson, Charlottesville boasts a number of good restaurants. Jefferson's interest in food and gardening was well known and his beautiful terraced garden at Monticello is restored.

Life on the shore
Article Abstract:
Annapolis and Easton, the two established towns are growing and adding big-cities amenities, while sleepy fishing villages are developing with cool boutiques and fancy restaurants. Some of the waterfront properties with their proximity to restaurant are presented.
