Thailand's Ko Phi Phi Don Island, one of the Country's most popular tourist destination was in a state of destruction due to over development, even before the tsunami devastation. Post tsunami, the island faces many challenges of reconstruction as landlords who rent hundreds of tiny lots to vendors are reducing the number of rentals and moving away from the island.
