The cities of New Orleans, LA, and Chicago, IL, have filed lawsuits against handgun manufacturers, organizations and dealers demanding unspecified amounts of damages for acts committed by criminals who used firearms. It is forecasted that the lawsuits will affect the future of peaceable consumers.
