Style over substance
Article Abstract:
Oya Restaurant and Lounge, a newly opened dining outlet in Washington DC's Penn quarter has claimed to bring the style and appeal of Los Angeles to Washington. Executive chef Kingsley John's menu for Oya draws from many cuisines and the restaurant is famous for its Warm Lady's Banana Bread Pudding, served with caramelized baby bananas and rum-raisin ice cream.
