Sun Valley: Errol Flynn's Idaho hangout is back

Idaho's Sun Valley has recaptured its former glory as a premiere ski resort. In its heyday, the valley was host to such luminaries as Errol Flynn, Ernest Hemingway and Claudette Colbert. The rejuvenation of Sun Valley is largely due to the efforts of Sinclair Oil's owner, Earl Holding.

The northern third of Idaho offers numerous vacation opportunities in its 15,000 square miles of lakes, rivers, mountains and forests. The three largest lakes are Coeur d'Alene, Pend Oreille and Priest. Hotel and restaurant choices for the area are given.
