Thanks for all the miles...but they're becoming hard to use

Many airlines are finding it difficult to provide services for customers who avail of their frequent flyer programs. Customers, however, are becoming irritated with unavailability of free seats at airlines. Other major problems plaguing frequent flyer programs are discussed.

Hotel hang-up: scam of the inflated phone bill
Article Abstract:
Many hotels are making plenty of money by inflating the telephone charges on their customers. Telephone service in most hotels are at least twice the residential rates. Hotel customers can avoid extra telephone charges by using telephone cards.
