The 1996 Olympic Games will be held in Atlanta, GA. Lodgings will be more difficult to find than tickets since there are only a limited amount of hotel beds in Atlanta and daily attendance may reach 225,000. Tour operators are charging higher prices and landlords are evicting tenants to make money.

Nonrefundable tickets, maddening rules
Article Abstract:
Airlines announced in April 1992 that rules concerning nonrefundable tickets had changed but in Dec 1992 passengers are surprised by restrictions that were never announced. Airline agents have also given misinformation, and travelers are advised to confirm policies before purchasing tickets.
